IBM Procurement Professional in CHENGDU, China

Introduction

Tactical part:

Request for Quotation from supplier based on CICC end user requirement

Do pure negotiation to ensure the best value is obtained

Review the existing contract terms, negotiate with supplier to ensure the contract renewal has the optimized terms with fair price.

Operation part:

Review purchase requisition (PR) and ensure the PR is raised properly and right Category Manager (CM) is assigned

Manage PR/PO process

Manage the contract log and follow up with CM to ensure the contract are proper signed and filed

Support any Procurement operation per leader request

Your Role and Responsibilities

3-5 years of working experiences in Procurement or Sourcing organization. Experience in sourcing activity is more preferable.

Fluent English language skill.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Fluent in spoken and written English language (Business)

Strong PC Skill in Excel, Powerpoint, Word

Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of cost analysis

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

Ability to work in a matrix organization and ability to interact globally

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated, team player, creative, well organized

Able to work under pressure and tight schedules

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

3-5 years of working experiences in Procurement or Sourcing organization. Experience in sourcing activity is more preferable.

Fluent English language skill.
