Within the IBM Client Innovation Centre our professionals offer high level engineering service and ensure the operation of business-critical IT systems of different clients. We are looking for Network Operators, who will be responsible for the operation of huge network infrastructures for international clients all over the world.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring Cisco and Viptela routers and switches, loadbalancers, wireless controllers
Opening and handling of incidents
Troubleshooting of LAN, WAN related impairments and outages
Communicating with local contacts, providers and network engineering
Solve network problems based on well-defined processes and checklists as fast as possible
Problem determination associated with BAU and new project installs.
Management of problems and escalations where required
High awareness of individual customer service levels, SLAs when dealing with problems.
Callout services to third parties (eg vendors) as require

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Hands on experience on network devices: Router, Switches, firewalls, Wireless AP
Able to work in different shifts Monday to Sunday 24/7
Good communication skills to interface Engineering, customer, vendor and third-party personnel.
Customer oriented personality
Self-motivation in handling and solving of problems
Intermediate command of English
Clean criminal record (Erkölcsi bizonyítvány)
