Objective to the job:
Support the daily operational requirements for executives and managers based in several countries in Europe.
Support the daily operational requirements for executives and managers based in several countries in Europe with a focus on detail, time management, accuracy, and timeliness to ensure productivity and effective closures. Duties include, but not limited to, calendar management, arrangement of international business trips, meeting and conferences, booking flights, accommodations and other travel arrangements, processing expenses, reconciliating charge card, and support of newcomer integration education.
