Your Role and Responsibilities

The Ecosystem Experience Marketer orchestrates how we bring real value for the partner based on where they are, what they want to achieve, and what we have available to help them do it. The most successful marketer in this role owns the creation and activation of the Partner experience across all touch points. Top of mind question: 'How do we know we're compelling the next best action for each partner?' for growing partner satisfaction alongside IBM's revenue.Job description:

  • Owns the strategy and development enablement plan for Global Business Partners as well Ecosystem Marketing Teams.

  • Improves the partner dedicated automation platform experience by implementing new features and troubleshooting partners' concerns.

  • Leads various projects involving a mix of technical and digital skills.

  • Prepares internal and external communications targeting extended Ecosystem Marketing teams as well as global Business Partners.

  • Creates and runs engaging presentations.

  • Collaborates with different current and potential partners, ecosystem colleagues and acts as focal point for all GEOs.

This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office is currently required only 3 times per week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Partner marketing experience in a B2B environment, having first-hand experience and a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies.

  • Has previously managed agency/vendor relationship.

  • Challenges everything. The best candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to stretch the role by demonstrating creativity and proactiveness.

  • Experimentative - working quickly to pilot, succeed/fail fast and scale what works.

  • Highly collaborative - able to represent ecosystem in meetings and discussions, building effective teaming relationships within ecosystem marketing and with other marketing and business areas.

  • Is passionate about people, building relationships and shows a strong team spirit.
