Your Role and Responsibilities
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services. As a Deskside Support Representative, you will be an integral part of the team where the customer satisfaction is a key focus.
In this role you will be responsible for:
· Workstation Asset Management Activities (such as physical handling, imaging and reimaging services as well as workstation deployment and asset tracking)
· Acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting, assisting during network issues/investigations as well as during network changes and project implementation
· Hardware and software support on IBM standard workstation
· Local Print Support
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
MS Windows 10 – extended knowledge
MS Windows 7 – average knowledge
MS Office knowledge – basic knowledge
Network skills – basic knowledge
IP Telephony - basic knowledge
Project management – basic knowledge
English - B1
Computer architectures understanding
Systematic Troubleshooting Approach
Common understanding of the printing services
Cloud technologies understanding
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of Linux
Knowledge of Apple OS
Knowledge of data backup tools
Knowledge of Agile
