Your Role and Responsibilities
Practitioners in this specialty primarily apply their technical skills in supporting Site, Facilities & Data Center Delivery Lab services and products, by using technical assets to deliver Operations and Management Services. This will including Enterprise Command Center Health Checks, and other Data Center Operations and Management services. Scheduling of multiple users on the environment. Responsible for security, compliance, device health and access. Must understand the Site, Facilities & DC Services to develop and enforce the processes for managing the delivery of the "Delivery Lab Environment" services to the clients.
This position should also have project management skills and be able to track and report project status, implement and manage change control, risks and interventions plans in conjunction with offering team to ensure Offering goals are achieved.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position 86,000 to 133,000 is based on a full-time schedule.Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience.For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Functional working knowledge of SAN and NAS Storage including fabric management ( Hands on ) with ability to configure devices.
Ability to support a schedule of varying needs and customers, of all skill levels, with fairness, security and customer sat being at the forefront.
Ability to manage many different device types and applications, in their entirety.
Should be in the metro Denver area, with the ability to work the Boulder IBM site location.
Lead the overall program planning, establishing and implementing program processes and controls
Exceptional ability to work independently or within a team, particularly cross-functional teams
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Excellent self starter and organizational skills required
Must be customer service oriented with the ability to explain to any level of technical expertise
Help desk background helpful
3+ years Project Management experience
