Your Role & Responsibilities:
We are in search of a Go-to-Market (GTM) leader for the Adobe Americas practice. We seek an individual with relevant experience and strong interpersonal skills to join our team. This person will be responsible for leading and managing the sales and delivery of the Adobe consulting business including the following:
Leading the identification of client and market opportunities
Leading the delivery of successful client engagements and securing profitable revenue to IBM
Leading a team of direct reports including sellers, business and technical delivery practitioners and operational staff
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrated success of 15 or more years of work experience in a sales and/or delivery related role in the tech or consulting sector
Management and leadership expertise on Adobe implementation projects and a track record of successful client engagements across the Adobe ecosystem
Track record of selling and delivering Marketing & Digital Platform engagements – in particular Adobe Experience Cloud, and key products Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics
Recognition as a specialist in one or more Industries – able to establish credibility and value-based relationships with CMO, CDOs, CIOs and Line of Business Executives
Highly motivated with a proven track record of outstanding communication and presentation skills, leadership and building trusted senior relationships
Strategic long-term relationship building perspective and experience
Willingness to travel as needed (25-50%)
