Your Role and Responsibilities

Roles: : Security delivery Specialist -IAM , This role requires Jazz level,Who can handle the escalations, Handle the incoming tickets and Monitoring the User Admin Queue.


  • Handling incoming tickets

  • Monitoring the User Admin Queue

  • Handling Create/Delete/Modify User or Group Requests

  • Confirming Request Authorisation

  • Verifying Approval

  • Managing Internal IBM Requests

  • Managing Privileged access requests

  • Providing Request Status Information to the User

  • Handling wrongly assigned & Unsupported Requests

  • Password reset

  • Deleting accounts in accordance with security & audit guideline

  • Updating user accounts (name changes, User ID changes)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Managing Escalation Process

  • Escalations to be resolved within 24 Hours

  • Dealing with escalations/complaints from customer via Service Management

  • Understanding the difference between Escalation & Expedite Request.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Creating Process documents & updating existing process documents

  • Updating user accounts (name changes, User ID changes)

  • security & audit guideline

  • Process ID Request from Client

On Job Training and Process Adherence

  • Training/ Shadowing new starters in the team

  • Creating Process documents & updating existing process documents.

  • Ensuring confidentiality and privacy rules are adhered to.

  • Ensuring all requests assigned to queue are dealt within the agreed SLA timescales.

  • Process ID Request from Client

  • Managing SLA.

  • Reviewing Documents and working with Team Lead closely on getting the documents updated.
