Your Role and Responsibilities

As Industry Sales Executive, you are responsible to identify and drive new consulting Sales opportunities in Top Accounts across multiple domains as well as new and emerging technologies and offerings, especially Analytics. You will manage captive clients like Consumer Good, Retail, Pharma & Life Sciences. You will work towards successful client's business goals and challenges, such that you can drive the solutioning and subsequent delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Go to Market initiatives across Distribution focussed industries within the Captives business unit

  • Manage set of Clients for Sales and Delivery

  • Work with the service lines across IBM to do value based selling and grow the IBM footprint

  • Act as the SPOC for your clients in Distribution focussed industries for future business and relationship management

  • Identify and drive white space growth for Distribution focussed captives

  • Manage CXO relations at your clients

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 14+ years of experience in Sales and Delivery for Captives

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver consulting services engagements.

  • Proven deep client relationships and drive the advisory and analytics agenda

  • Proficiency in negotiation skills and opportunity management experience

  • Expertise to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations

  • Proven ability to enhance value of an opportunity through new technology and digital

  • Hands-on experience on selling to clients in either Consumer Goods / Retail or Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry

  • Proven ability to enhance value of an opportunity through new technology and digital

  • Prior experience in technologies like SAP and Non SAP / Shared service / application Management / IOT/ Blockchain/ AI / Analytics

  • Proven ability to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations

  • You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies

  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

  • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management

  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
