Your Role and Responsibilities
Partial remote work permitted with close proximity to an IBM hub office for occasional face to face meetings. While in the office, we maintain a responsible consideration of health and safety practices and ongoing support for a hybrid, in-office/remote office balance.
There are no relocation funds for this role so you would need to relocate at your own expense.

The Americas Partner Ecosystem unit works with IBM's Business Partners across the US, Canada and LA to grow and expand IBM's business, with the ecosystem serving as a force multiplier. Ecosystem is a key lever for growth, and between the Sell, Service and Build motions, Partners drive an instrumental amount of IBM's business. This team is crucial to that mission, as is the Co-Marketing funding which drives the business results needed for our Partners' and IBM to be successful.
As the Co-Marketing Team Leader, your primary responsibilities include:
Manage a team of high caliber individuals who are dedicated to assisting IBM's Business Partners in their marketing efforts
Positively influence team moral and assist team members in growing themselves and their careers
Manage an $18M/year budget dedicated to Partner's demand generation marketing activities
Represent the Americas' geography and its interests when planning with worldwide counterparts
Collaborate with worldwide co-marketing team on programs framework
Partner closely with peer team leaders in Ecosystem Marketing to ensure the team's overall strategy aligns and needs are being met on the Co-Marketing Funded Programs
Work with IBM Legal on program planning and partner audits
Report on ROI and KPIs to stakeholders and executives within BUs and Sales
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3+ years in a team leadership role
