Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strong senior Product Marketer, you are responsible for articulating the point of view and value proposition of IBM Cloud for Financial Services, understanding the product, solutions and audiences we serve, in order to grow our market share and build demand through market-relevant conversations.
You are passionate about understanding and delivering technical and creative solutions to client's digital transformation and application modernization journey. You are someone who understands key personas, their challenges, pain points, solutions and articulate complex concepts into simple terms that make sense to Customers, Prospects, Ecosystem partners and Cloud Platform sellers and non-IBM Cloud sellers. You will understand the products and solutions, build demo storyboard, understand how solutions fit into the overall app modernization journey and build messaging for various levels of audience - from the high level to sophisticated. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including Product Management, Sales, Campaign, Social, Competitive, Digital, Sales enablement and other BU teams to build and amplify IBM's point of view and drive pipeline and revenue goals.
You will a part of the IBM Cloud business unit and will be a key stakeholder in driving the future of IBM's public cloud.
You must be self-motivated, must have demonstrated excellent leadership in challenging situations, collaboration and proficient business acumen.
Creating storytelling components that illustrate proof of success through our existing client cases and possible use cases
Drive all activities related to understanding the personas (buyer, influencer, user) of a buying cohort
Manage projects across multi-functional teams in articulating IBM's point of view, marrying the unmet needs of the target segment with a differentiated solution, and describe how solution attributes deliver desired outcomes
Collaborate across the organization in a highly independent fashion, solving problems within acceptable IBM channels
Understand market competitive forces, our strengths, objection handling and entry points for discussion
Source prioritized stories and use cases and communicate them effectively to the business, identifying the best routes-to-market to serve those needs
Develop, plan, and execute Go-to-Market programs that represent the voice of the customer, advocating a point of view that serves their needs and differentiates our offerings
Be a key voice representing clients and partners in cross-functional programs and team setting
Collaborate with Content Director/Editor-in-chief to build/enhance content assets
Support peer reviews program and help drive volume of reviews
Reviews product NPS score and win-loss analysis regularly to improve product experience, anticipating problem areas and methods to solve them
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
7+ years of experience in the Technology industry, across one or more of these key areas: Product Marketing, Customer facing roles like Sales, pre-Sales, Field Marketing, Communications
Self-starter, who works with various stakeholders and build solution, without much supervision
Demonstrated ability to understand the complex topic of cloud and simplify messaging
Ability to deal with ambiguity and has bias for action
Assimilate available data, including Market data and anecdotal information to drive solutions
Work well within matrixed organization and collaborates with multiple stakeholders who may/may not have the same common objectives, and get work done
