Your Role and Responsibilities
This role has the responsibility to manage and promote administrative services delivery, improvements and organizational change. You will provide advice and recommendations to upper management. Responsibilities include staffing, performance management, and the application of HR practices and policies. You will guide functional objectives or technologies.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, ability to work in an ever changing, agile environment, with focus on collaboration and exhibit a positive, flexible and adaptable attitude.
People management: up to 40 administrative employees (Administrative Assistants)
Manage day to day operations, interfacing with executive clients, client teams and your assistants to improve operational efficiencies and client satisfaction
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative support solutions for all executive clients and provide leadership to your team members through consistent feedback, skill development, and career engagement.
Effectively utilize group dynamics including virtual collaboration tools and methods. Negotiate to define approaches and goals.
Recognize complex problems related to functional objectives. Analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new procedures or processes where required. Apply innovation and business judgement to developmental work on different projects.
Provide ongoing technical /operational guidance to lead professional work teams, conducts special projects, or manages department(s). Understand department/ functional mission and vision. Defines and decides objectives within specified business organization or project and may have responsibility for tools and assigned resources. Utilizes expertise to directly influence people outside department or function.
Accountable for department results and for activities and/or projects involving multi-functional teams. Regularly participates in overall functional program planning. Activities are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact project costs or expenses.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Previous management experience
Independent thinker, self-starter, flexible, intuitive
Strong negotiation and communication skills - At least 3 years required for each skill
Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
Proficient in Lotus Notes/Verse, Slack, Box, Webex, Microsoft Office Tools
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
5 years people management experience
