You will be part of the IBM Client Innovation Center Belgium where we deliver an industry-leading range of innovative technology services and provide deep technical and industry expertise to local IBM clients across public and private sectors. Your Role and Responsibilities

You act as the liason between the worlds of IT and business working with clients to gather requirements utilizing a variety of techniques including agile principles and methodologies.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include (not limited to):

• Documenting client requirements;

• Acting as the interface between the client and development team to ensure the requirements are being translated into the solution accurately;

• Track the progress of the solution through development;

• Manage the user acceptance testing;

• Communicate and educate the client and user community on the solution through training materials and technical documentation.
